They added the treasurer and 2 other board members as signatories to the developer’s account.) Purchased liability insurance, Created committees (We didn’t actually purchase liability insurance. We changed the address of the Heritage Estates, Inc –the developer’s company that had been closed–to be the address of the treasurer. This policy was still for a for-profit development company. |

All board documents are available to property owners in good standing. Documents are typically posted within 30 days of approval.

The Board meets monthly to conduct association business. Owners may attend the open session portion of meetings.

Document Retention & Privacy Guidelines
Retention Policy:
Meeting minutes are retained permanently. Other documents are kept for a minimum of 7 years per state requirements.
Privacy Notice:
Executive session minutes and certain legal documents may be restricted. Contact the Board for access to confidential records.
